Objective
Attracting and retaining key talent is a major challenge in the tech industry. Talent Stack is an internal platform that provides guides, resources, and data to help AWS leaders navigate this challenge effectively.
Outcome
We supported the Talent Stack campaign by developing assets and touch points—including internal communications materials and resources—that helped AWS attract new employees and build high-performing, multi-faceted teams. The campaign strengthened engagement and provided leaders with practical tools to drive team success.
